  There are lots of "quick-and-dirty" insurance companies out that will try to get your business by offering cheap coverage on policies that will let you down when you really need them to come through. Ron and Sue Shrum's American Family agency is NOT one of those companies. They provide excellent customer service. I never have any doubt that they have my best interests in mind, and are working to get me the best coverage at the lowest price. Highly recommended!

  My husband and I have had American Family Insurance with Ron & Sue Shrum for over 30 years. Every time I shop around for a better deal to suit MY needs it comes out MORE expensive for less services. This does NOT include the PERSONAL care given by Ron & Sue and their office team. Recently I had a young women I'm mentoring in a difficult position because she's on her own and had been swindled on a car. Her driver's license was suspended etc,etc, etc. I called the office and EVERYONE there gave us CLEAR directions on the steps to resolve this matter. Good PERSONAL customer service is HARD to find. Ron & Sue Shrum and their office team are EXPERTS at this!
