  Deserve zero stars. Bank employees didn't act like they cared whether or not my 90 year old mother had an account or not. We made a phone appt but we're told when we arrived that we should have made an online appt to insure a time. After a 30 min wait, a kind patron gave up her spot as she could see the stress the wait was causing my mother. Then the personal Banker refused to accept mom's DL, which had expired 2 days prior, as a photo ID. She hasn't driven in years and was only trying to use it as a means of identification in order to make minor changes on her account while a relative was in town from California. She had with her multiple forms of ID but this was to be used for the picture ID. She was clearly the person in the photo and her address matched with other forms of ID she had. Employees refused to accept the license. Relative who was going to be added to the account was not allowed and left town, resulting in nothing being accomplished. At one point it was suggested to us, in my mother's presence, that we "eliminate" my mother from her own account because she had no ID. Whole ordeal was extremely difficult for Mom. Bank employees acted like it was just too bad.
